I just wanted to take a few minutes to let
you know how absolutely fantastic your people have been and
how pleased ( a very inadequate word) we are with the results
of our terrazzo floor restoration.
As I said when we first contacted Colonial,
another company had attempted to restore the floors in our
1956 house several years ago. Their results were a mottled,
pitted mess that left us feeling very unhappy (again a very
inadequate word) with our choice of servicer. I did/do understand
that not all the resultant discoloration could be attributed
to their poor work.
HOWEVER—what used to be a beige streaky
pitted slab is now a shiny, smooth and nearly white floor
that is a joy to behold. It even shines in the dark. I was
fascinated to watch your workmen as they took their time to
perfectly match our terrazzo color and the marble chips to
patch the holes left from the previous work. They were courteous,
hard working gentlemen that explained the entire process to
us even before we asked. They pointed out flaws we did not
know existed and then proceeded to do their best to repair
them. They were timely, surprisingly quiet despite using such
large machinery and did not leave our home until all the work
area had been cleaned up and all furniture back in place.
It was worth every penny of the very reasonable extra charge
for furniture moving .
I would recommend your services to anyone asking
in a heartbeat. In fact, I have already given your phone number
to a couple people that knew we were having the work done.
I cannot begin to completely express how pleased and satisfied
we are with what you have accomplished with a floor we had
almost given up hope of restoring.
