I would like to thank you for the service you provided at
our house.
Your guys left a couple of hours ago, and I think have done
a very nice job.
The color has turned out nicely. A little more "red"
than we expected, but the color he applied today made it
more brown and closer to the color sample we were expecting.
The interior crack repair also looks very nice. I appreciate
your help and the professional job you and your guys have
done.
We've worked with your firm a long time, and look forward
to working with you again in the future.

I would like to take a moment and thank you for doing such
an extraordinary job in restoring the marble floors in my
home. Everyone at your firm was professional and Pablo went
above and beyond the call of duty in restoring marble that
was by all accounts in very bad shape.
The time you personally took to evaluate the floors and
recommend a solution then schedule the work timely was seemless
and professional and for that part I appreciate your personal
work on this job. Then Pablo arrived on-time and immediately
began working on the floors and the care that he took in
restoring and polishing the marble was simply amazing work.
He covered the furniture to insure that the dust would not
damage anything and he worked hard to finish the job on
time. He earned my respect and trust for his impeccable
work.
I could not have expected better service than what I received
from you and your team. Each and every person that I came
in contact with was professional, dedicated and went out
of their way to insure my satisfaction with the work that
your firm accomplished, and you far exceeded any expectation
that I had.

Hi Jamie,
Rodine and his helper finished today around 4 pm. I just
want to let you know, they did an excellent job. I also
appreciate that you were able to provide us their services
both Saturday and Sunday and so quickly after I accepted
the contract with Ray. They finished the terrazzo floors
Saturday and the tile and grout today.
The floors look great! The kitchen tile counter looks like
new and the grout in the floor looks like new. Also they
concrete area around the pool turned out great. I can paint
it now. I tipped them before they left. They showed up promptly
on both days and even repaired some missing grout in some
areas before they left.
P.S. Thanks for including the outside front stoop and a
concrete/tile pad outside next to the master bedroom...it
was well worth the extra $250.
